I paid a significant sum of money back in the beginning of Sept 2009 for a loan modification. Initially, they were very helpful and eager to earn my business. I researched them on the Better Business Bureau's website, and they didn't have any negative reports...the one report they did have was positive, and I suspect somebody from the Company put it in as an advertising maneuver. Over the last 2 months, I haven't been able to contact ANYONE in the company to find out a status on my loan modification. I have left messages almost daily for the past several weeks, and still have not had a returned phone call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!!!
