This company should have a D- BBB rating. First time I've ever ordered from them. I ordered a DRIVER'S side window regulator for one of my BMWs. They shipped me a PASSENGER side. It took me 3 days of up to an hour on hold listening to sucky music before I got hold of customer service...a totally wrong name for what they do to you. I returned the part to their VA warehouse. I order another DRIVER'S side power window regulator and they send another PASSENGER side mechanism. I spent 2 days calling every couple of hours and was on hold up to 58 minutes. I sent an email from their site to the so-called 'customer service'. No response. I sent an email from their site to "Investor Relations". No response. As much as I hate 'chat'...I write in standard English which seems to be the alien language from 'Avatar' to the reps...I am on-line with 'Philip'starting at 1:38...it is now 2:28 and I'm still waiting for 'Philip' to respond. The WRONG part arrived here February 26. It is March 11 and I'm still working on trying to get the part sent back. Then I'm going to find another business from whom to order all my BMW parts.
