I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Michael and Fern for their highest level of service on my vehicle. My brand new car was unfortunately damaged while it was tinted (almost $5K worth of damage). Needless to say I was very upset and thought it was going to be a nightmare to resolve and that I would end up contacting the BBB as well as end up in court battling this out. To a pleasant surprise, Tint America took full responsibility immediately and did everything possible to ensure my vehicle was repaired at their expense as quickly as possible. Michael, the owner, was in contact with me almost daily until the claim for my vehicle was settled. Michael was horrified over the level of damage and the installer that caused this was fired for his incompetence.
I have never experienced this level of service due to a problem and truly commend the way Michael conducts business. Even though he lost money on this project, Michael stood by his word and everything that was promised was done. Thank you Michael, once again, for turning a really bad situation into a pleasant ending. Michael runs his business with customer service as his first priority. This is the way all businesses should be ran and I highly recommend Tint America.
