I was looking for some sort of personal protection for my daughter in law because she likes to walk her little dogs early in the morning before going to work. I feel like she is in danger. I found this website and didn't know anything about pepper sprays. I called the number and the man was so helpful in determining which type I should purchase. He sent me two free gifts also. I would do business with this company again and again. A+
