I used this company 5 years ago so didn't hesitate to place an order with them this September. When I was giving them my credit card number they said it was less expensive to just send cash...so I transferred $1050 from my bank as we were on the phone. I never received a confirmation e-mail with order number or description of order. So I tried calling a few days later and I have not been able to reach a real person since placing my order. I slso tried calling Chris Nelson to no avail. Seems he is one of the owners. I did receive an e-mail from MattByrd@selectfoam.com on October 10 acknowledging my calls and he stated he would locate the tracking information and get back to me........again, I haven't heard a word since. SOOOOOOO I have NO MATTRESS and NO MONEY. I have cancelled via phone and e-mail and I have called my bank for help. So the numbers I have are 1-877-362-6163 and Chris Nelson 440-666-9575.
