Disapointed
|
I spent a year drawing plans, researching, digging electrical and waterlines, and pond. My plans called for an external pump and filter system out of view and sheltered. I hired Sage to put in the liner, water lines, decorate with stone, and hopefully follow my plans.
Sage came in put in a submersible pump, which I said in front of the boss and crew "I DON'T want this pump",and put in an expensive UV filter. All in a location completely exposed to the elements. The filter broke twice in the first two months. The third time it broke it took Sage two months to fix it. The pump raised my electric bill an average of $100 a month and is so strong it sucked in my fish. I paid almost 10K for this project. I've gone back and forth with Sage since July 2012. I ask Sage for an exchange pump and I ask them "why didn't you do what I wanted"? Sage basically says, "stop complaining and like what you got." How wrong is that?
Don't be disappointed. I recommend anyone looking at a pond or any other expensive project find a company that will listen to you.
