I attempted to contact this company because I wanted to see a specific property they listed for rent. I filled out the online form, but only received an automated email asking me to call them. I work during the day and called at 6:03 as soon as I left the office. The phone was answered by Rose Gunning, who told me that she could only help me between 9:00 and 6:00. I was 3 minutes too late and she wouldn't speak with me, even though she had answered the phone.
I called back the next day and she told me that I would have to make an appointment and come in to speak with someone about all of the properties they have available. I explained that I knew exactly which property I wanted to view, and just had a few questions. She said they don't work that way and refused to help me.
No one else has answered the phone at Rent 1 Sale 1 or responded to my inquiries. This morning I tried again to send an inquiry but again I received the automated email telling me to call.
I have never heard of a realtor who is less willing to communicate or be flexible. If I listed a property with Rent 1 Sale 1 and someone wanted to see it, I would expect my realtor to show it. Rose Gunning has a lot of properties listed for rent, but if she refuses to show them or talk about them, and is unwilling to help professionals who have to work during the day, she's not doing any service to the people who entrust her to list their properties.
