Nova Development Corporation's Rebate Program. I purchased Photo Impact Pro 13 from this company after I saw that they had a $30.00 rebate for purchasing this program. On the cover of the box it stated that you would get a $60.00 rebate if you purchased a camera within 30 days of buying program. I mailed in rebate in Dec. 2010 and today in March of 2011 they refused to send me my $30.00 rebate. As a 6 year customer, I am completely fed up with this company and their customer relations. They do not care about consumers and with a pitiful C rating and I highly recommend avoiding any of this companies software. Photo Impact Pro isn't worth $9.00 little lone $79.99.
