I love their merchandise & I love there return policy, and for the most part I love the customer service. Except when it comes to purchasing new bags. Not just once, but litterally every time I walk from the mac counter towards the purses and then pick one up becasue I just absolutely love it, it's absolutely impossible to get some help without begging for it. I don't know if the sales people have been trained to give clientel more "space" to make it more comfortable to "browse". All I know is that if I'm about to spend $200 on a new Michael Korse purse, then I would appreciate someone helping me find a matching wallet. And if there's non because metalic gold is "so last year" then help me special order one. Instead I jsut here: "who's been helping you" and "oh, i'm sorry to hear that.
