HORRIBLE!!! Please do not purchase a car here. They will guarantee and make promises that they can not follow through with. They mislead me to believe that I was approved by a bank and told I have nothing to worry about the car is finance through this bank and your next payment date is this day. I had to return my car. I traded my car in and when I went to retrieve my car that I traded in they lost the keys and there was a slash in the tire. Hours later they found my keys and fixed my tire because I wouldn't leave until they fixed it they finally gave in because they notice they were losing customers while I was there. Please do not purchase a car from this dealership or from a man call Vince Catalano.
