They weren't too bad. I like the jewelry they carry there. I think the pricing is fairly good, but if you're trying to sell scrap gold this isn't the place to go. You want to deal with a refinery directly to get the best rate. They are basically just the middle man and they have to make a profit off you. Great company for buying jewelry though.
