I financed my car and payed of early, needless to say I had moved during this time from Florida, I KEEP calling them, they said oh your title is in the mail, they lied to me for about two weeks, now I have to send to Florida to release a title, and then take it to Virginia DMV, and get my title, what a piece of shit bunch of people, they took my money for five years and now are putting their job on me to to their job to get my title, they messed up and now I have to pay more money to get my title, of course thats, what is is about, NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A KIA NOR DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY WAY THEY HAVE BECOME CRAB AS FAR AND PEOPLE NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM
