I contacted IRM in July 2009 for help I needed a modification on my home loan. They asked for $1400 up front and i deposited this into their account. They offer a money back guarantee. Everything they promise sounded a little too good to be true. I was in constant contact with them weekly.
Then In Oct 2009 I contacted them, because I had not heard from them in over 2 weeks. When I called to check the status the companies phone # was disconnected, and the e mails I had sent bounced back to me as not a valid e maild. I was furious. Afters days and days of research I found out some scary info.About this company. To make a long story short, the business owner contacted me and said he had some problems but promised to finish my modification.
Has this happend to anyone else out there?????
