We called on a Sunday; and surprisingly, an actual human being picked up the phone. He tried to troubleshoot our problem over the phone (and he would've actually solved it if I had looked where he told me to). He came over about two hours after we called (On a Sunday...), and solved our problem in less than 15 minutes.
Fair price, and nice to deal with. He even took some time to explain how to avoid the same issue in the future. We'll definitely use this company again.
