the store in fountain valley is older one i guess by the carpet.the sales people don't really care just cleaning the store,the managers are really rude.one night me and my sister wanted to exchange something and they were closing i guess but letting people in,the manager screams were close,were like they let us in,she said fine!but you better know what your getting.then we were in the line she rudely asked that i keep the tag on the jeans i brought yesterday.but gave me rash because they were so cheap, i had all tags and receipts.they basically sell cheap clothing that won't last then,it falls apart so you can't get your money back ,so they keep profit.there basically riping people off because the cloths are so cheap,and you cant get your money back, the cloths are cheaply made .i guess its up to us shoppers ,not buy clothes that are cheap and aren't going last ,from forever 21 especially if there customer service is bad and clothing.
