I signed up for Foreclosure.com to see what they offered. They require you to give them a credit card and in the fine print will start billing you in 7 days. I cancelled my account within that time, but they continued billing me $39.80 for 6 months.
I contacted the company and although they could clearly see that there was not activity by my ISP address, they would only credit back 2 months.
I am a Realtor and deal with foreclosures, beware of this company!!!!
Their shady dealings will certainly influence me NOT to recommend them to my customers!
