THE WORST!!!! I ordered one window from Folding Shutter to replace a very old and leaking window in my home. I ordered the window four weeks prior to starting renovations in my home. I was told by the salesman that the window would be installed in 2-4 weeks tops. Five weeks later, come to find out that they never ordered the window and they scrambled to re-measure my window twice after I called to enquire about the installation date. A total of seven weeks later, my window was finally installed and then they relaized they ordered the window 3 inches too short which set back my renovation project, which in turn, I had to pay my contractor for extra days spent due to the window interruption. All in all it was awful! I spent more time and money dealing with the company over ONE window! Not worth the aggravation. Use another company.
