Poor Quality and C/S - Very Disappointed on What Was Sent!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! Sent a skimpy floral arrangement and not as represented on their web site!! C/S also didn't seem to care - kept saying they have the right to substitute flowers but when sent it was 4 white roses and a few blue filler flowers in a mason jar!. NOT AS PICTURED ON WEB SITE - Baby's First Block by Teleflora - Blue T34-2A. -shown big full bouquet with many flowers in a blue baby block container! They would only credit me $11 due to my huge disappointed and embarrassment what was sent to my daughter on the birth of their son. I spent a total of $80 on my order. Use someone you know you can trust and they will help you if it isn't what you expected!!
