I would not recommend ordering a product from this company. We placed an order to be delivered at a later date. About a month after we placed the order (in the store) we realized we never got an estimated delivery date and called the company to ask for that information. There was no answer and several additional calls and messages left on the company's voicemail also resulted in no answer (during regular business hours) and no returned messages. I also emailed the company with the email address listed on their website with no response.
I contacted the BBB and after they contacted the company my product was quickly sent with no apology or explanation. The print on the stein was also of poor quality (the middle was blurry, edges were sharp)
I don't have a problem with there being a delay in the delivery of a product, but not answering your business phone during business hours, or responding to messages, or emails is highly unacceptable to me.
