Terrible customer service

I ordered custom wheel adapters. They shipped the wrong ones. No Email response and no phone call returned. Still waiting on resolution from company. Bottom line, after waiting 3 weeks for an order that I was told would only take 10 days, I have the wrong product and no assistance from company to resolve issue.
Steer clear....
