My experience with Dr. Drain was good last year, but this year they did a poor job. They fixed a pipe and closed the hole, but never checked if the rest of the pipes were working, so the floor drain backed up again. They were called and it took 5 days for them to be able to come and fix the problem. Another hole was made plus the original. Different prices were quoted and I was told that I would be given a break on my price if I went to dinner with the employee who was giving me the quote. (WHAT???) That was so inappropriate and unprofessional. I would never use them again!!
