You know, the website seems like it's a good resource and great prices (on the things I looked at)... so we ordered a case of formula. I agree with Tammy T. about their lack of notification. I had to look it up. That is when I noticed that the shipping address had been changed to match our billing address (as we just moved and hadn't updated address with the bank.). I am sure it was NOT my error. But either way, there is NO phone number listed on their website and my emails are getting returned, so I am frustrated with this because I can't reach "customer service" to fix the error. I did also get an email with a FedEx tracking number after a week. FedEx shows that a label has been generated but have not picked up the package. So in the meantime, I am out $135 that I could be using to HAVE formula on hand.
Also, now the same formula is now priced at $124. I'm not thrilled. We're just going to pay a little more and buy it in bulk at a local store to avoid this again.
