Repair Problem. Did not honor warranty (clam check), Poor Service.
Dejaun failed to honor the warranty/claim check. 3 months after I delivered the watch to them for repair (on delivery they handed me a claim check stating there would be no charge and it was covered under warranty), they informed me that I was responsible for the repair cost. I had been calling them every other week to find out the status, and until this week they had told me it was being repaired and would be returned soon. Not only did they lie to me (and my wife); they failed to return my phone calls countless times. I would recommend avoiding doing any business with this unprofessional company.
