I wish I wouldn't have had to go to the BBB to get my problem resolved, but they did resolve it favorably, and quickly. I would give them 4 stars as a company because I think they provide a good service, though you can easily 1-click your way to a charge that you don't want. I talked with their customer service reps, and the first one was rude and disrespectful, though the supervisor was better. They only offered a half refund at that time, and a full once I went through the BBB. So I think 4 stars is fitting. I would use them in the future, but would do my part to be more careful not to pick up unwanted charges.
