Fast and fair refund of service charges

I did not notice the fine print when obtaining a free credit check from this company and was enrolled in their monthly service plan and charged accordingly. When I brought it to the attention of the BBB this company promptly refunded the charge. Not what I had expected and definitely a courtesy they did not have to extend.
