I was behind in my mortgage payments for over 13 months, the mortgage servicer refused to receive any partial payment from me; I was in a really bad situation and close to lose my home.
God had directed me to the Consumer Advocate website and Sam Chang handled my case from start to finish. Today, I have a proper modification completed and finally have that peace of mind back.
