Cedar management group is HORRIBLE HOA company! Cedar management group is VERY BAD company.

1, I am the owner since 2017. I I paid HOA each month in person on First HOA company Meridian.
2, since October 2019, HOA changed to Cedar, but I didn't know who is our next HOA company, I called previous HOA meridian to find out that I had to pay HOA to POBOX 26844, at Charlotte. I called but nobody could answer the questions then they had to call me back a few days later.
3, So, I just sent out HOA(I just assumed the same amount) and paid each month at first of the month. Cedar always cashed out late. I was worried if they would wrong charge me late fee due to their fault. however, I never received cedar's any letter or call or email. I didn't feel they did their job, but I just naively hope they would do better after pandemic.
4, They never send me any letter about report how did they use the money, they never send me a letter regarding board election, they never tell me who is the President of board and what's contact number.
5, However, suddenly, June, 2022, Cedar sent me a letter by congratulations on my new purchase home, and also they said that I have late fee $20 for June. I replied that I am the owner sine 2017 and I never late pay and always paid 1st of the month.
6, then Cedar suddenly sent me a letter that claim I owe cedar over $1600. I was shocked and unable to talk and very upset.
7, the beginning, Cedar said it's my previous owner's fault, because they didn't pay, later, They accused my closing attorney's fault because they accused my closing didn't send over my closing statement, a wait a minute, what's wrong with this cedar?
8, ......they play game, play around, finally, now they said my late fee. cedar said that I have to send an email to BOD@xxx.com to dispute if I think their mistakes, But BOD@xxx.com is machine, automatically response, It's accounting wrong charge, but they play games.
9,Is there anywhere file a complaint. I feel blackmail. horrible HOA company, I am in Winston Salem, But they are in Charlotte and POBOX. Hope Condo homeowners don't hire this horrible company. I feel horrible. it's bother me.
