Not sure how they even manage a 'C' rating on BBB. My experience was similar to the other 1 star experiences. Placed order, then got the email shortly after saying particular rotors are sold out due to "high demand" and there will be a delay and to let them know if that will not work out. It wouldn't work for me, so I called to cancel. They said they would send a check, and 5 weeks later and after many calls each week, live discussions, voicemails, and even asking for the owner and leaving him messages, never a call back and never a check. Seems like the only thing they know how to do promptly is take your money. Finally called my credit card company, and they credited my account immediately. Wish I would have done that sooner, and more importantly, checked them out first on BBB. Save yourself the pain and agony and buy rotors somewhere else.
