On 3/26 both my toilets were clogged so I called Bestline, Mike and Willie came to the house. First they flushed one toilet and water spilled all over the floor. Next they went under my house said there was waste leaking and it would cost over $8,000 dollars to fix and could start work the next day on Sunday. Charged me $190 unclogged 1 toilet and left without giving me a receipt. My contractor’s plumber came out on Monday and said there was only water under the house and the plumbing was OK. On 4/1 I spoke to customer service at Bestline and she said they would send me a receipt, charge me for the toilet and refund $125. Later that day 4:50 PM I got a call from a man named Leonard of Bestline. I told him I was late for an appointment and could he call later. He was really rude and kept talking. He said he had spoke to Mike and there was more then water under the house and I shouldn’t believe my contractor. I said Mike left my house without a receipt, keep my money I wont be doing business your company again. He said "we don’t want @#%holes (he call me the whole word) like you as our customers". At that point I hung up.
Bestline needs to: Engage in honest business practice and Refrain from name calling.
