Beware of this company’s illegitimate business practices. They approved a lease, and once I submitted the docs with payment, they held up the final funding process for another 45 days. They demanded quite a bit from vendors who had nothing to do with the transaction, and at the end of the whole process we couldn’t get them to fund the lease. Now they refuse to refund the initial deposit. Benchmark is the typical bait and switch type leasing broker with a minimal number of decent financing lines. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere. They are an incredibly dishonest and incompetent group of individuals.
