My tankless water heater went out on me. The water heater was four years old. I almost bought a new one for $1400.00 from Home Depot but remembered that I had hired Barker and Sons on a previous occasion. I called Mike and advised him of my problem. Mike went out of his way to contact the company of my old water heater and was able to get it covered under warranty and I got a BRAND NEW heater at no cost!!! Mike could have easily told me I needed a new unit and attempted to sell me a replacement, but he didn't. Honestly is hard to find these days and I must say Mike is a man of integrity and I am very grateful to him and the Company. I had a new heater installed within days and its hot showers once again!....I highly recommend this company, extremely honest and dependable !.....
