I ordered that Baby Jogger City Classic in Navy Blue online the last week of July 2009 from the Baby Stroller shop. When the stroller arrived at my home it was Red in color. I immediately contacted Baby Stroller shop via email because it was after hours. I was very pleased to see that someone wrote me back concerning the incident that very same evening. They offered a discount credited to me if I chose to keep the "red" stroller, or I could return the stroller for an exchange. I chose to do the exchange because I did not want the color red. I assumed that this return process would be complicated and take several days if not weeks to have the correct stroller arrive at my home. I was wrong! They had the errant stroller picked up the very next day, and shipped out the correct stroller immediately even without having received the errant stroller back at their shop yet! I had my new stroller within 4 days! I understand that errors happen, after all we are only human. I believe that they truly shined in the shadow of an unfortunate event. They kept in contact with me via email through every step of the return, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I love my new stroller, and I would definately order from this website for future stroller purchases.
