This Company was horrible to work with. My initial contact was professional. I was told they would get right on it. I paid them a retainer, and thought all was well. 2 weeks later, the IRS contacted me. I told them I had Associated Tax Relief on retainer. No action had been taken. I called Scott at Associated, got a telephone run around, I could hear people in the back ground laughing at my dilemma, and noone could even find my case or attny. All of this for only 4K dollars. This money would have been better paid to the IRS. I did finally received a package from Associated Tax Relief, and was not surprised that the paperwork was incorrect. I contacted them again, and told them my situation, and asked to negotiate a partial refund. I was told no, and have never been in contact with them since. I think the grade of F is very forgiving, and a bit high.
