WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will do everything they can to defraud you and up charge you. They tell you that they provide a 6 day, 5 night all inclusive stay in the Mayan Riveria for a specific amount. You verify that you can extend if needed with no cost. They don't bother to tell you that 6 months of your allotted time is considered "peak season". So if you try to book during May to October, expect to pay 1/2 again what you were orginally charged. IF you try to extend to get to off peak season, they claim that they can't do it and that it wasn't agreed to. However, if you ask for the tape showing where they agreed to extend, they won't produce the tape and if you want your extension then it is again 1/2 times the amount you paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES unless you like to get defrauded out of your hard earned money.

Hi There, If you had taken the time to check our website you would have seen that there is a company out there who is representing themselves as our company and mainly because we have an A+ rating with the BBB, but we are not the company that sold you a vacation for a specific amount of money. We only sell vacations based on your travel dates and what you are looking for in a resort, and even after calling that other company and asking them to stop representing themselves as our company they just laughed and hung up on us. We called back and asked for their mailing address and they would not divulge this information and hung up again. We had a staff member call and pretend he was responding to an unsolicited fax he received and they told him that they were our company as well so we put a large headline on every page of our website stating that this was not our company and we figured they stopped representing themselves as our company. The only information we have been able to find so far is that their actual website is www.cancunallinclusivetravel.com but then again they could be misrepresenting themselves again, we're not sure. The one thing that I am sure about is that you have posted your review against the incorrect company and we would appreciate it if you would please remove your posting as it is against our company's reputation which we have strived to uphold and maintain for over a decade now, and you have written the only review and it is incorrect.
